Acceptance

By using RepTrack Pro, you accept these terms

By downloading, opening, or using RepTrack Pro, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

These terms apply to the current app experience, including related public support, privacy, and legal pages hosted for RepTrack Pro. If a feature changes in a future version, the effective terms may also be updated.

Purpose

What the app is intended to do

RepTrack Pro is designed to help users track workouts, manage templates and schedules, review progress, generate workout or nutrition plans, import trainer documents, export workout reports, and optionally use Apple platform integrations such as HealthKit, notifications, widgets, Live Activities, and iCloud backup.

Current included features

  • Workout logging, templates, schedules, exercise library, and history analytics
  • Programs and planning flows, including fallback or provider-backed plan generation
  • PDF export, notification settings, optional HealthKit, and optional iCloud backup

Not promised

  • Perfect accuracy in all calculations, predictions, AI responses, or exercise matching
  • Continuous uptime, uninterrupted sync, or universal availability across all devices and iOS versions
  • That future roadmap items will ship exactly as described in any preview or older copy
Health and Safety

RepTrack Pro is not medical advice

RepTrack Pro is a fitness and productivity tool. It is not a medical device, medical service, diagnostic tool, emergency service, or substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • Always use your own judgment and, when appropriate, the advice of a qualified physician, coach, or other licensed professional.
  • If an exercise, recommendation, or generated plan feels unsafe, inappropriate, or beyond your capacity, do not follow it.
  • If you have an injury, health condition, pain, dizziness, or any medical concern, stop and seek professional care.
  • In an emergency, call emergency services or seek immediate medical attention instead of relying on the app.
Important: HealthKit integration can improve recovery and readiness features, but Apple health data and app interpretations are still informational. They are not a medical diagnosis.
AI and Generated Content

Generated plans and suggestions are informational only

The current app can generate plans using internal fallback logic or, when configured, external AI providers. Generated outputs may reflect incomplete inputs, provider errors, model limitations, or conservative fallback behavior.

  • AI-generated workouts, nutrition suggestions, and set recommendations are guidance tools, not guaranteed coaching instructions.
  • You are responsible for reviewing any generated or imported content before relying on it.
  • If a plan, template, or suggestion appears unsafe, unreasonable, or incomplete, do not use it without manual review.
  • Imported trainer documents may also require manual correction after automatic exercise matching.
Your Responsibilities

What you agree to do when using the app

  • Provide accurate information where accuracy matters, such as body metrics, goals, exercise entries, and plan preferences.
  • Use the app lawfully and only for legitimate personal fitness, health-tracking, or productivity purposes.
  • Review workouts, generated plans, imported templates, and restore actions before relying on them.
  • Maintain your own backups and exports if the information matters to you, especially before destructive actions.
  • Keep your device, Apple account, and permission settings secure and under your control.
Data and Backup

How data handling affects your use of the app

The app is primarily local-first in its current form, but optional iCloud backup, HealthKit, and provider-backed AI flows can involve Apple or external services. Your use of those features is also affected by the availability and rules of those third-party services.

  • Export: The current export feature generates a PDF report through the app's export flow.
  • iCloud backup: Backup and restore are optional. Restore actions can replace your current local app data with backup data.
  • No guarantee of recovery: We do not guarantee that deleted, overwritten, or corrupted data can always be recovered.
  • Third-party terms: Apple services and any configured AI provider are subject to their own terms, availability, and operational behavior.
Acceptable Use

What you may not do

  • Use the app in a way that is unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or intended to harm other people or systems.
  • Attempt to interfere with the app's normal operation, public website, support channels, or service integrations.
  • Reverse engineer, redistribute, scrape, or exploit the app or its supporting materials beyond what applicable law permits.
  • Misrepresent your identity or misuse support channels, including sending spam, harassment, or malicious attachments.
Intellectual Property

Ownership of the app and related materials

RepTrack Pro, its branding, design, code, interface content, and related materials remain the property of their respective owner(s), except for content or rights that belong to third parties. Using the app does not transfer ownership of the app itself to you.

You retain ownership of the personal workout and profile information you create, subject to the practical limits of the platforms and services used to store, export, or back it up.

Availability and Pricing

Current build availability and pricing

  • The current public build is offered without a paid subscription requirement for the feature set described in these terms.
  • Features, integrations, or pricing can change in future versions, and new paid features may be introduced later with notice.
  • Some current features already depend on device support, iOS version, Apple account state, or optional external provider configuration.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RepTrack Pro is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the app will always be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, perfectly accurate, or suitable for every purpose.

This includes, without limitation, analytics output, generated plans, imported template parsing, backup behavior, widget refresh timing, HealthKit interpretations, and compatibility with every device configuration.

Limits on liability

To the extent permitted by law, RepTrack Pro and its operator(s) will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, loss of use, loss of profits, business interruption, injury, or other damages arising from or related to your use of the app.

To the extent permitted by law, total liability for claims related to the current app is limited to the amount you paid for the app or service giving rise to the claim. For the current free public build, that amount is generally $0, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Updates, suspension, and stopping use

  • We may update the app, these terms, or related public pages as the product changes.
  • You may stop using the app at any time.
  • We may limit or suspend access to support channels, public pages, or future online services if they are abused or misused.
  • If one part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply to the extent allowed by law.
